When I was leaving work yesterday walking down Randolf, I saw a kid about 9 years old with a Bluetooth headset.  I was totally blown away with so many questions in my mind:

* Who is this kid talking to so much he needs a Bluetooth, Big Bird?
* What kind of parents would buy a kid a headset nearly permanently attached to his skull?
* I was in college when I first got a cell phone, who does this kid think the fuck he is!?

This trickster was the least of my worries on the way to the train though.  A few minutes later, I saw this little son of a bitch running across Michigan Ave.  I took a quick snap shot of this, I might pass it along to the authorities tomorrow.

His parents should be ashamed...
